Dr. (Mrs.) Arati V. Mulay is a Mechanical Engineer with a masters in Manufacturing and Automation and a PhD in Production Engineering. She has completed research in the area of point cloud data segmentation for the conversion of point cloud data to. stl file directly.
She is currently the associate professor under Department of Production Engineering & Industrial Management at College of Engineering Pune. Her area of expertise is Reverse Engineering. She has guided 10 M.Tech students and 2 Ph.D students are working her guidance.
She spearheads the operations of the Rapid Prototyping, CAD-CAM and ERP lab the department is popular for.
